Membership Changes

Need to update your membership details? Just fill out the change request below! For freeze or cancellation requests, make sure to submit them before the 1st of the month. Any requests after the 1st will be processed for the next month.
 

​Freezing your membership locks in your current rate—just a $5 monthly fee, and when you unfreeze, your rate stays the same! As long as your account is frozen, your rate is locked in. Please note, rates may increase in the future, but freezing ensures your current rate is guaranteed. Discount members will keep their reduced dues unless they’re no longer eligible.
 

Terminating your membership means your membership ends. If you decide to come back later, you'll need to go through the initial sign-up process again, which includes the full sign-up period. Your membership will be at the current rate, which might be higher if rates have changed.

Please note: If you're upgrading an individual membership to a family membership, you'll need to sign up for a new membership . This will start a new contract and sign-up period. Any prorated dues from current members will be credited back to your account.
