Membership Changes
For any changes with your membership such as contact information or billing changes, please fill out the membership change request below.

Note: Freeze or termination request must be made by the 1st of every month. Any submissions sent on or after the 1st will be processed for the following month. For family memberships, please include all applicable family members.
Discount Verification
We offer discounted membership pricing for:

Participants ages 22 and under: Verification is based on date of birth in our system (automatic).

Active/veteran military personnel: Verification required via military ID (one-time). Please email a copy of your military ID to us.

Seniors aged 65 and older: Verification is based on date of birth in our system (automatic).

Active college students: Verification required via an official document showing your full legal name and courses enrolled for the current or upcoming semester (annually). Please note that college ID's will not be accepted. Please email an official enrollment verification from the national student clearinghouse, or a syllabus that shows you are currently taking classes. We must see your name, the name of the institution, the term and classes enrolled.
